The Video that Went Viral This Week
Published this past Monday (boasting 19 million views in only 2 days), is a video directed by Tatia Pilieva entitled First Kiss. The video, which asks 20 strangers to kiss for the first time displays curiously awkward and intimate moments that leave you feeling warm and fuzzy. The video is scored by Soko (a musician who performed at one of our eBay events a while back) as well featuring her as one of the experimental strangers assigned to the mission. Read Slate’s review, an article posted within 24 hours on who exactly these other compelling characters are.

New Charli XCX “SuperLove” Video

Pop princess Charli XCX takes to the streets of Tokyo with director Ryan Andrews for her latest track, “SuperLove.” With dancing robots, technicolor arcades, and motorcycle gangs, they’ve pulled out all the stops on this one, pushing the 21-year-old Brit one step closer to the mainstream.

Here’s a “day in the life” stroll with French/Portuguese graffiti artist Andre Saraiva. An entrepreneur above all, Andre founded Paris’ hip spot, Le Baron. The fiesta continues at their New York space of the same name too. Here’s an intimate moment with the man of many skills.

Best SNL Clips of 2012

As 2012 wraps up, we thought we’d check into the cultural zeitgeist via SNL and determine the most liked skits of the year. Here’s the countdown! Happy New Year’s readers!

(1)  ”Disney Housewives” (seen above). All the awesome drama of “Real Housewives” with the ultimate princesses… Lindsay Lohan was pretty perfect in this.

(2) “Undecided Voter” - Remember all those Americans who were completely clueless leading up to the election? SNL took a stab at all those undecided voters in this funny piece. See here
