There’s nothing like a crisp new Fred Perry shirt. Adopted by the British mod subculture of the 60’s and 70’s, the brand was also the unofficial uniform of the skinhead punk movement. Take on this navy short with a sharp red stripe (seen above).
Half skirt, half shorts — meet the “skort”, summer’s official uniform. This Zara white wrap mini is a good start.
eBay Find: Temperley London
Here at The Inside Source, we don’t necessarily believe in that “white after Labor Day” embargo. Here’s a daring head-to-knee white ensemble from Temperley’s Spring 2013 collection. If you feel conservative about adhering to the fall-whites rule, take a gander at the same dress in fiery red.
Check out the Temperley London Sacha Top and Skirt available on eBay.

Graphic We Love: Yves
These bad boys just popped up around town in protest to the Yves Saint Laurent logo getting a diet, now referred to as Saint Laurent. If you’re feeling the need to join this movement, you can purchase this sweatshirt (above) or T-shirt at Yves.BigCartel.com. If you really want to take it further, grab some YSL sweatshirts on eBay before they fly out the store.

Designer Katie Eary’s “Screaming Cheetah” graphic tee started popping up back in June when Rihanna gave it major play while wearing it during a performance. Since Rihanna is to clothes what Oprah is to books, the shirt was an immediate must-have. Lucky for us, Eary has an online shop where you can buy the cheetah top (the print also comes in an intense button-up not for the bashful), as well as other hyper-saturated, kaleidoscopic graphics. If you’re into skateboarding, you should check out her skate decks.
