CREATE THE GROUP, in partnership with eBay, Spotify, and Rackspace formed an alliance called RE/CREATE New York. The mission? To help raise funds for Sandy Relief. Several notable figures including Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs, Julianne Moore, Tom Ford and more are donating a personal item for auction. To name one of the gems, here is a pair of one-of-a-kind Nike Air Yeezy II Sneakers designed, worn, and signed by Kanye West. You’ll have to wait two more weeks to bid on this item (seen above), which is the limited edition signature line by Kanye West for Nike. Air Yeezy’s Create a Stir

The latest Nike release is a collaboration with Kanye West and boy has it caused an earthquake online! According to Nike, the Air Yeezy’s (titled after his nickname) were meticulously designed with one goal in mind: “to keep Kanye on lock down in cushioned comfort during his performances during his many notoriously strenuous artistic live performances”. One June 9th, the madness began as the shoes were unleashed to the public to salivating sneaker heads.

Faster that you can say “Kardashian”, the sneakers flew off the shelves like hotcakes — which means the kicks have been a hot commodity on eBay ever since. We discovered the average price for a pair online is roughly $1,230. There’s an estimated 886 pairs already sold on eBay, with over 1,500 new listings still available for purchase. That’s a hot tamale. 

The race is on to secure these bad boys. We found a few listings of New Air Yeezy, as well as some Platinum Grey, and Black Solars. Let your fingers do the walking!
