Willy Vanderperre
Belgian photographer Willy Vanderperre’s work possesses the chic, muted sobriety that has garnered him clients like Jil Sander and AnOther Magazine, both arbiters of serious cool in their own right. Often shooting in black and white, Vanderperre’s photos, while still very much in keeping with fashion, tell stories… exquisitely beautiful stories.

Not Over Overalls
They’re back. We’ve been seeing overalls pop up recently, and with a lot universal enthusiasm. (Did you check out our amazing shot of Taja Barber wearing denim overalls and sneakers at NYC’s Governors Ball? Or Philosophy’s fitted overalls from their last collection?). We’re loving the model-off-duty style of Tilda Lindstam seen here. This time, they’re a little cropped at the ankle and baggy through the waist. If you’re keen to get some overalls of your own, click here to see the selection available on eBay.

Summer Chanel
Logos, when done badly, can be a little obnoxious. When done right, they can perfectly encapsulate the brand they’re representing (and add a little shameless street cred). Such is the case for these crave-worthy Chanel espadrilles. They’re summery without being too casual and the famous “CC” logo is just subtle enough to be complimentary. And wouldn’t you know it? There are tons of them floating around on eBay.

A Chat with Tommy Hilfiger
The awesome eBay auction continues with designer duffle bags curated by CFDA’s top designers and Details Magazine. We’ve spoken to a few incredible designers this week about their creations. Today’s chat is with the king of lifestyle brands, Tommy Hilfiger, who took the time to share his own inspirations on travel and leisure.
Jauretsi: Describe the inspiration for your duffle bag design.
Tommy Hilfiger: The bag is inspired by collegiate sporting clubs: rowing, sailing, cricket. The leather straps and detailing in our signature spirited blues and athletic reds combined with gold hardware make the bag sporty yet sophisticated.
J: Name three of your travel essentials.
TH: There are classic pieces I take with me every time I travel: 1) A tailored navy blazer, 2) Chinos, and 3) Button-down shirts to mix-and-match. Versatile… quality pieces are the key to dressing well while traveling.
J: What’s your next big escape?
TH: Our home on Mustique, a quiet island in the West Indies, is my favorite place to unwind with my family. It’s where we like to spend most of the summer.

A Chat with Alejandro Ingelmo
Earlier this week, we launched the official eBay auction curated by CFDA’s designers in collaboration with Details Magazine. All of the proceeds (that’s right, 100%) go to support emerging menswear designers through the CFDA. One of the bags we’re currently eyeballing is the chic yet utilitarian duffle created by Cuban designer Alejandro Ingelmo. We asked him a few questions about traveling to get into his mindset.
Jauretsi: Describe the inspiration for your duffle bag design.
Alejandro Ingelmo: My designs are usually very geometric and linear so I wanted to give the duffle bag that same feeling
J: Name three travel essentials when you travel.
AI: 1) “Kent” black sneakers, 2) iPad, and 3) A jump rope so I can work out in any hotel.
J: What’s your next big escape?
AI: Hoping to make it to Greece this summer

Stars & Cars: Kate Moss
Dressed up in some telltale ’90s pastels, a very young Kate Moss plants herself next to a massive pink Cadillac — a statement car if ever there was one (Elvis drove a similar model). If you’ve ever had a hankering for a cotton-candy ride, today is your lucky day. There is a 1956 Cadillac DeVille available right now on eBay at a seemingly reasonable price. Click here to see it.

Resort Report: The Row
Cause I got the crazy game and yo, I’m smooth like butter. Butter, like butter baby. Not no Parkay, not no margarine. Strictly butter baby, strictly butter.

Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen showed their stuff with The Row’s 2014 Resort Collection. View the whole lookbook here.

More is More
Sometimes over-the-top jewelry is just what the doctor ordered. While this photograph (taken by Roland Bianchini in 1972) features the real deal, most people aren’t going to blow their life savings on a diamond broach… and that’s why the universe invented costume jewelry. If you’re looking for some pieces that wow, check out the eBay closet, where you’ll find this amazing Swarovski necklace and an abundance of vintage costume jewelry.

Resort Report: Stella McCartney
Stella McCartney’s presentations never disappoint. With models milling about the crowd, beverages in hand and dressed to the nines, the collection takes on an absolutely wearable air, which, with the designer’s knack for bold, revolutionary shapes and unique patterns, is no small feat. This time around, python prints, delicate florals, and luxe embroidery ruled the day. Stella is always a solid investment, a mixture of classics and trends, both of which you can find on eBay.
