Model Moment: Chloe Norgaard
With her loud sense of style and that sherbet-colored hair, it’s no wonder that Chloe Norgaard is popping up on the runways this season. Waiting backstage, Chloe sports striped pants, a sporty letterman’s jacket, and a killer pair of fingerless skeleton gloves. Surprising even to us, eBay has tons of them.

Today, at Rodarte’s Fall 2013 show during New York Fashion Week, we spotted Chloe Norgaard in a psychedelic swirl of hair color before putting on the collection of the same vibe. Coincidence?

Why Pick?
By Jenny Bahn
We’ve seen the pastels: pinks, purples, periwinkles — you name it, it’s been done. The subtle ombre look isn’t fresh anymore. If we’re going to keep frying our hair in the name of follicle fun, it’s time to step up our dye game. Terry Richardson took this shot of model Chloe Norgaard for the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar. If you’re feeling really adventurous, you can try your hand at this look at home. eBay’s got a ton of Manic Panic on the virtual shelves (remember Manic Panic?!). Now you can dye to your heart’s content. Just don’t forget to deep condition when you’re done.
