Chalk-a-Block Remember the days when you’d doodle the day away in the family driveway, or, in this case, the middle of the street? There’s nothing more liberating than turning your city’s sidewalks into your personal canvas. As kids, chalk always provided endless amounts of temporary entertainment, which, more likely than not, we don’t partake in any longer (with the exception of children’s book illustrator Dallas Clayton, who we reported on last month, a notorious fan of spontaneous bursts of sidewalk chalking).
