I’ve always appreciated the swagger of Kid Cudi. He has a unique way of mixing high end and low brow; thrift and the theatrical. In Hit Boy’s video called Old School Caddy, the rapper ponders the comparison of Old School Caddies vs. New School Benz’s with Cudi masterfully dropping his verse while riding through the desert in a Mercedes Benz SLS AMG. The dichotomy of the the dusty scenes & abandoned buildings vs. the polish of this uber expensive ride is nothing short of poetic.
