Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle of our lives without paying attention to our surroundings. The beauty of taking notes throughout your day, or snapping photos of the things you see, is that you force yourself into the present. If you don’t already have a journal, get one. If you’re itching for the heft and substance of a proper film camera, there are a ton of vintage options from Olympus on eBay. If you like the speed and convenience of digital cameras, eBay’s got those, too.
